Short version: an email address when you ask for your score, a payment through Stripe if you buy the Exam Pack, and your practice attempts so the coach can read them. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Answering questions needs no account and sends nothing to us. When you submit, we ask for an email address before showing your score and the worked answers. We store that address with your score, and use it to send the printable answer key and, if you bought the Exam Pack, your access details. We do not send a newsletter.
Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's pages. We never see your card number. Stripe passes us your email address and the fact that the payment completed; we use that to issue your access code and email it to you.
Every exam you finish is saved so the coach can read it: which questions you answered, right or wrong, the mistake tag on any wrong answer, how long each question took, and the formula you picked in Study mode. Without an access code this lives only in your browser. With an access code it is also stored on our server under that code so it follows you to another device. It is used for the coach's read and for nothing else.
The site, its forms and its data run on Netlify. Payments run on Stripe. Access emails are sent through Resend. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Each of those providers sees the minimum needed to do its job. We do not use analytics cookies. We do count page visits and free-exam starts and finishes without cookies or anything that identifies you, and log technical errors (the error message and page, never what you type) so we can fix them. We do use the Google Ads tag, which sets a cookie so that Google can tell us when a visitor who clicked one of our ads went on to finish the free exam or buy the Exam Pack; it reports counts to us, not names. If you arrive from an ad, the campaign tags in the link are also kept in your browser and attached to your results-gate submission so we know which ad brought you.
Your browser holds the Google Ads cookie described above, your theme choice, your email (so the gate does not ask twice), your access code, your saved attempts, and any ad tags from the link you arrived on. Clearing site data removes all of it. Attempts saved under an access code stay on our server until deleted on request.
Email support@operatorexamprep.com from the address you used and we will delete your submissions, your access code and any saved attempts within a few days, and confirm when it is done.
